Yes. TrainerLink, operating under Element T Sdn Bhd (an HRD Corp accredited training provider), can facilitate HRD Corp claimable training under the SBL-Khas scheme. The grant application must be submitted at least 21 days before the training date.

Government and GLC clients use the standard Purchase Order (PO) process.

Government and GLC clients use the standard Purchase Order (PO) process. Once a PO is issued to Element T Sdn Bhd, the booking is confirmed. We handle the ePerolehan claim submission and Claim Invoice on your behalf.

Register through our Trainer Portal, complete your profile, upload your credentials and certifications.

Register through our Trainer Portal, complete your profile, upload your credentials and certifications. Your profile then goes through our Quality Vetting process where our team reviews your documents against HRD Corp standards. You can track your vetting status (Pending, Approved, Changes Requested, or Rejected) in the Trainer Portal dashboard. Once approved, you and your modules become visible in AI matching and the browse catalog.

TrainerLink operates on a transparent commission model.

TrainerLink operates on a transparent commission model. For HRD Claimable bookings (Lane 1), trainers receive 75% of the net course fee. For Non-Claimable bookings (Lane 2), trainers receive 70%. For Government/GLC bookings (Lane 3), trainers receive 65%, which compensates for the additional administrative work and payment delay.

For Lane 1 and Lane 2 bookings, payout is processed within 3 business days after training completion and compliance document verification.

Yes. Established trainers with their own TP registration are welcome. However, all bookings generated through TrainerLink must be invoiced and claimed through Element T Sdn Bhd for that specific engagement. This protects the compliance chain and removes all administrative burden from you.

TrainerLink uses a two-badge system per training module: HRD Claimable (green) means the module is approved in e-TRiS under Element T and eligible for HRD Corp grant claims; Private Training (blue) means the module is available for direct booking without HRD Corp involvement — ideal for companies that want faster turnaround or custom arrangements.

Quality Vetting is our review process for trainers and training modules. Every new trainer and module starts with Pending status and must be approved before appearing in AI matching results or the browse catalog. Trainers are checked against a checklist informed by HRD Corp standards (TTT certification, accreditation, qualifications, experience). Modules are checked for CLO quality, content alignment, assessment methods, duration compliance, and HRD scheme eligibility.

The TrainerLink Quality Score is our proprietary scoring system used during AI matching. It evaluates trainers against your brief on multiple dimensions including topic expertise, module quality, trainer credentials, availability, budget fit, and compliance. The scoring methodology is informed by HRD Corp Course Verification Guidelines, HRD-TDF 2025, NCS-004:2017, and HRD-TEE standards. Scores range from 0-100, with higher scores indicating better alignment.

HRD Corp Compliance

Under HRD Corp's SBL-Khas scheme, the employer must submit a grant application at least 21 days before the training commencement date.

If HRD Corp rejects a claim due to employer-side negligence (e.g., late submission, incomplete documentation), the employer is liable to pay Element T directly within 14 days, as stipulated in the Tripartite Booking Agreement.

The Government Lane is a specialized payment workflow for government agencies and GLCs.

Training is delivered, and Element T submits a Claim Invoice via ePerolehan. Payment typically arrives within 30-90 days.

Yes. Element T Sdn Bhd is SST-registered. All training fees are subject to 8% Sales and Services Tax (SST). All prices quoted are exclusive of SST unless stated otherwise.

Yes. If a GLC or government-linked entity is registered with HRD Corp and has an active levy account, they can use the SBL-Khas scheme. In this case, the Lane 1 (HRD Claimable) workflow applies, and HRD Corp pays Element T directly.
